Youssef Mohamad

Youssef Wasef Mohamad ((アラビア語:يوسف واصف محمد), born 1 July 1980 in Beirut, Lebanon), known as "Dodo" is a Lebanese footballer who last played for Al-Ahli in the UAE Football League, and the Lebanese national team. He is one of the most successful players in the history of Lebanese football as captained 1. FC Köln during his spell with the club in the German Bundesliga, and he is the captain of the Lebanese national team.
==Club career==
Mohamad began his career at Safa Sporting Club, signing to the first-team from the clubs junior teams. In 2002 he transferred to Olympic Beirut, a club that was founded in 2000. Mohamed went on to win the Lebanese Premier League and Lebanese F.A Cup titles in 2003.
Mohamad joined Freiburg from Olympic Beirut in 2004. He scored his first goal for Freiburg, a double, in a 3–3 draw against Greuther Fürth on 22 September 2006. During 2004, he transferred to Freiburg in Germanys Bundesliga at the recommendation of his international team mate, Roda Antar. Freiburg would then be relegated to Germanys 2nd division, Mohamad would remain there until he was signed to 1. FC Köln in 2007 along with Roda Antar.
